Ventura Residences
Client Niecon
Location Mermaid Beach, QLD
Type Boutique apartments
Status Completed
Interior and exterior renders plus aerial photography for Ventura Residences — Niecon's boutique collection of 45 ocean-view apartments at Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast.
Brief
Niecon needed a full visual package to market Ventura Residences off the plan — a boutique tower of north-facing apartments with skyline and ocean views. The renders had to convey both the architecture and the lifestyle of a premium Mermaid Beach address.
Approach
We delivered exterior renders to establish the building in its beachside setting, interior renders to sell the apartment living spaces and outlook, and aerial photography of the site to show the location's proximity to the beach and skyline.
Outcome
The combined render and aerial package gave Niecon a complete marketing suite for the Ventura Residences sales campaign.
