Terms of Service

All content on this Website—including images, 3D renders, animations, videos, photographs, text, design elements and logos (“Materials”)—is protected by copyright, trademark and design laws in Australia and internationally. You may not copy, modify, redistribute or use these Materials for commercial purposes without written permission. Any breach of these Terms automatically terminates your licence to use our Materials. All downloaded or printed Materials must be destroyed or deleted.

Any general feedback, comments, ideas or suggestions voluntarily submitted through the Website (excluding project files such as drawings, plans, CAD files, 3D models, photos, brand assets or any production material supplied by the client) will be treated as non-confidential.

By submitting non-project-related material, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use that feedback solely for internal purposes such as service improvement and staff training.

We do not claim any rights to client drawings, plans, 3D models, photographs, visual assets or any project materials supplied to produce deliverables. These remain entirely owned by you or the original rights holder.

All quotes issued by Laurent Visuals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Pricing may change after the validity period expires.

A 50% deposit is required to commence work on all projects. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon delivery of the final deliverables.

For larger or multi-stage projects, work may be divided into phases, with milestone payments required before each phase begins.

Payments may be made via Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer. We do not store or retain payment card details.

Laurent Visuals provides architectural visualisation and property-marketing services including:

• 3D interior and exterior renders
• 4K TIFF and high-resolution JPEG outputs
• Floor plans (PNG/JPEG)
• Architectural animations
• Virtual tours
• Image editing
• Video editing
• Project marketing collateral

Deliverables are produced based on the information, drawings and instructions supplied by the client. While every effort is made to deliver accurate and high-quality outcomes, we cannot guarantee that deliverables will be free from subjective interpretation or stylistic difference.

Estimated turnaround times are provided at the quoting stage or prior to project commencement. Typical delivery for 3D renders is 10–15 business days, excluding client feedback cycles.

Delivery times may vary depending on project complexity, volume of renders, speed of client feedback and current workload. Client delays or incomplete information may extend delivery time.

We will notify you of significant delays, but we are not liable for losses resulting from delayed delivery.

Laurent Visuals includes several rounds of reasonable revisions at no extra cost.

Additional charges apply when:

• structural changes or re-modelling are required (e.g., changing architectural forms, major layouts or structural elements). These are charged at 25% of the original render price per affected render.
• revisions are requested after the project has entered Step 5 (final rendering).
• new renders, angles or scope additions are requested outside the original brief.

Timely client feedback is essential to maintain project progress.

• If client feedback or approvals are delayed by more than 10 business days, the project may be paused and rescheduled based on current workload.
• If there is no communication for 30 days, the project will be considered closed, and all outstanding balances become immediately payable.
• Reopening or rescheduling a closed project may incur additional fees.

A contract is formed when a quote is accepted in writing or when a deposit or full payment is made.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion.

Clients may not transfer or assign their contract without written consent.

Clients must hold the necessary rights or permissions to supply all drawings, photos, plans, CAD files and other materials required for the project.

Once full payment is received, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client.

All client-supplied materials remain the property of the client.

We accept no liability for copyright or IP issues arising from client-provided materials.

You agree to indemnify and hold Laurent Visuals and APIRender.com harmless from any claims, damages or legal action arising from your use, publication or distribution of the deliverables.

Unless a confidentiality agreement or NDA is agreed prior to project commencement, Laurent Visuals retains the right to use completed deliverables for marketing, portfolio display and promotional purposes.

Clients must notify us in writing if their project is confidential.

Under Australian Consumer Law, your statutory rights remain in place. However, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, cancellation after work has commenced or situations where the client no longer requires the deliverables.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, our liability is limited strictly to the purchase price of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages.

By using the Website, you consent to electronic communication with us.

Notices are deemed received immediately if submitted through the Website or within 24 hours if sent by email.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website or our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Website content is provided for general information only. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from harmful code.

All implied warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

You must not upload harmful code, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the Website, upload unlawful or offensive content or use the Website for fraudulent activity.

We may terminate access immediately for prohibited behaviour.
