A streetscape render and architectural line sketch for One Fairway - Castle Group's boutique land community at 1-11 Fairway Drive, Kellyville, in Sydney's North West.
Brief
Castle Group needed marketing visuals for One Fairway that showed the character of the completed streetscape while lots were still selling. The scope was tight and specific: a hero streetscape render plus a matching architectural line sketch.
Approach
We built one photoreal streetscape render of the Fairway Drive elevation, then produced a companion line sketch from the same viewpoint - a lighter, more conceptual treatment that works across marketing formats where a full render is too literal.
Outcome
The two visuals gave Castle Group flexible assets for the One Fairway sales campaign, from photoreal presentation through to sketch-style collateral.
