A proposed childcare centre on Prospect Highway, Seven Hills - visualised across five renders (two exteriors, three interiors) to help the developer take the site to market off the plan.
Brief
Sodhi Developers were taking the Seven Hills childcare site to market off the plan and needed renders that showed its full potential. The brief called for a modern, high-tech centre with real presence - colour, landscaping and standout play spaces - with artistic licence on the interiors to sell the vision.
Approach
We scoped five renders to the sale rather than the full documentation set: two exteriors for street presence and the outdoor play area, and three interiors covering the key play and learning spaces. Every angle was set out from the DA architectural plans and signed off as a greyscale preview before going to final photoreal - so composition was approved before any detail time was spent.
Outcome
The final renders anchored the off-the-plan marketing for the site, giving prospective buyers a clear, confident picture of the finished centre.
